Identification
All guests are required to present a valid government-approved photo ID at check-in. Without valid identification, we're unable to permit check-in.
Accommodation Policy
Unmarried couples are not permitted to stay at the property, and the hotel reserves the right to decline accommodation in such cases.
Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in: from 2:00 PM onwards. Early check-in is subject to room availability and may carry an additional charge.
- Check-out: standard check-out is 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests are considered based on availability and may be chargeable.
Booking Contact Details
A valid phone number is required at the time of booking so our team can reach you regarding your reservation if needed.
Cancellation & Refunds
Once a booking is confirmed, it is treated as final — bookings are non-refundable and cannot be modified after confirmation. We'd encourage you to review your dates and room details carefully before confirming.
